The food here are well prepped, cooked to order, and tastes great. The only thing about this place is their lack of accountability to the their customers. My experience on March 19, 2024 will probably be my last for this Domino's. Did not get my 2 two liter of Coke I paid for. Contacted the store at 1pm. they confirmed and acknowledged someone will bring the rest of my order to me. By 4pm, I know it would not be coming. Called the store if they could just refund the difference, no pickup 3x. Waited 10 mins per call at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. They have caller id on their end! Rep or staff confirmed with me on my initial call about my contact info and stated they have caller id because they did not...
I ordered takeout at this location because the site said I can. They called me telling me that their drivers car was down which I'm sure was an excuse to close early and not make my food, if yoy couldnt deliver, should have marked on website that you cant do deliveries and as I'm telling him I don't mind picking it up, I wasn't far, he hangs up on me. The website says that my food is being prepared, yet they turned off the lights knowing I'm outside waiting. Very unprofessional. I'd give negative stars if it was possible. 2 orders went through. Didn't get money back.
