I always order from Dominos because they are consistently fast - I never have to wait more than 25-30 minutes for my food to arrive. The food is always hot and fresh, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Thank you, Dominos! On a side note, I tried ordering from another local pizza place and ended up waiting 90 minutes, only to find out they had lost my order - this has never happened with Dominos in over a year!
I have never had an inaccurate order. Always hot and looks appetizing. The delivery drivers are friendly. Proactive in sending an email with replacement coupons on orders THEY FELT were less than satisfactory. I never even complained it was actually due to a later delivery time than expected. When this restaurant first opened, I ordered a not so great pizza. After crying and complaining, the manager apologized and made it right. Today, I ordered again and the pizza was delicious. The delivery driver was very friendly and personable. I appreciated the excellent service!
