Quality is what's to be expected from Domino's. The 5 stars is for their one employee, DM.I ordered online and it gave me a 20-30 minute time frame. Wasn't showing updates on the tracker so I figured maybe it was down. Wrong. Order didn't even start getting cooked until AFTER the pickup time. I show up only to realize DM is the ONLY staff member making pizzas easily could have used at least one if not two more people. This location is busy AF, especially late. I caught a glimpse of what I believed to be a manager who was just slinking around in the back while this poor man was straight up hung out to dry and I would bet he had dealt with some pretty unhappy people bc the web time was NOT con...
I was pleased with the delivery of my food at first, but then I noticed that my pizza appeared to have spit on it. The delivery person, Nour, was responsible for bringing my order, but it's possible that any of the Domino's employees working that night could have been involved. I wasn't going to mention the delivery person's name initially, but when I found out that another customer had a similar issue with Nour, I felt it was important to mention. I urge Domino's management to monitor their employees more closely, as this experience has led me to decide to never order from them again.
In my last three orders, I have had to return a few pizzas because the delivery person couldn't keep the pizza straight. All the toppings were either on the top of the box or on one side of the pizza. The last time I placed an order for delivery, I waited for 40 minutes only to receive a call saying they couldn't deliver.
Mu-Food is consistently disappointing. Every time I ask for oregano on my pizza, they forget it. I also tried their garlic parmesan wings and drowned them in ranch dressing. If you order delivery and it arrives on a bike, your pizza will likely be squished and look like it took a detour on its way to your house. Réservez une table maintenant
