Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

The car delivery never arrived. I waited for 45 minutes and had to go to the restaurant to pick up my order, only to find that the pizza was cold and made incorrectly. I called them back and was put on hold for 30 minutes, even screenshotting the hold time. Despite requesting a manager, nobody ever came to the phone. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes. I had guests waiting and ended up paying for a cold and incorrectly made pizza that was well over an hour late. There were so many issues with this simple pizza order.

This Domino's location is conveniently close to me and the food is consistently good with great customer service. However, the last two times I went to pick up my order within the specified time frame, I did not receive my order in a timely manner and was not credited for the free pizza offer. Additionally, my thin crust pizza was burned around the edges and not edible. I am extremely frustrated and will be choosing another Domino's or Papa John's in the future. One mistake is all it takes to lose a customer.

This is my closest Dominos and the food is usually good and great customer service. BUT I have done a curbside pick up the last 2 times I went and even though it was during the correct time frame, when I didn't receive my order in 2 minutes, I was NOT credited for the free pizza. Also my thin crust pizza was burned around the edges and not edible. I'm really frustrated and will be going to either another Dominos or Papa John's in the future. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

customer service was ever 20 minutes in wait and then put back on the retrieved again for another 20 minutes hanged back then retrieving and was put back in the hold! extremely rude customer service from whoever the phone unnecessarily answered to say I would not recommend to order from them above that last time when I commanded to be knochenlose nun from them was less than 50 Réservez une table maintenant

There is clearly a lack of staff at this restaurant, so they should consider closing it until they can hire more people. My order took over 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold and missing items. I attempted to call the restaurant, but was unable to get a response.

Use to get pizza here weekly. Toppings are less and less every time. So we have been going here a lot less lately. This last time my order was so messed up between our two pizzas- I requested to be contacted about it but never received a call, email,nothing.

While checking out at the bank, I saw that there was a delivery fee of $4.49. It was quite frustrating. I will make sure to factor in the delivery fee before ordering from Domino's in the future. The food was excellent though.

Great pizza last week, but today it was burned and very stingy with toppings. Will try a different location next time. I like thin crispy crust, but this one was way over baked. Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant offers the best pizza and service in town. Just be aware that during peak hours, they may be understaffed like many other places at the moment.

I placed my order at 11pm and waited until 12am, but my food never arrived.
