On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, my paycheck was stolen. I reported this to the US Postal Service on Friday, September 9, and they advised me to contact Paul at the Domino's in Jamestown as well. When I initially called the store, the night shift manager was quite rude and seemed eager to end the conversation quickly. After that call, I reached out to Paul to inform him about my missing paycheck, but he responded with sarcastic comments and implied that I was lying about the issue.
I take my finances seriously, and there’s no reason for me to fabricate anything. Paul dodged my questions regarding the missing paycheck and left me waiting over a week for a replacement, which he is charging me...
Does not care about customer satisfaction or convenience. Got all the way home to realize a simple pizza was missing a topping and the only solution offered was to drive back there within 20min to get a replacement. Refused to offer a credit for next time even though they offered that initially. There won't be a next time, go anywhere else.
The usual Domino's fare. Service was efficient and speedy and everyone was very friendly. I appreciated their attention to detail in handing me my order as soon as it was ready. I will definitely look forward to my next opportunity to visit. ?
Extremely rude service. They messed up my order four times, and when I got frustrated, they refused to refund my money. I even had to involve the police. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

The staff is really nice, but I don't understand why this place is always crowded. I'd recommend trying one of my other favorites; you just have to wait a bit less there.

Save yourself and just don't eat here, they give you raw dough and it's supposed to be a pizza place? Place is a joke, stay away man.
