The store, which closes at midnight, was empty except for a young female employee (I think her name was Amanda?) and a delivery guy. They both looked at me but continued to whisper to each other without acknowledging my presence. Finally, the young woman asked what I needed. When I inquired about the cancellation of my order, she casually informed me that they didn't have any delivery drivers available. When I asked why she hadn't called to inform me, she flatly responded that there was really no excuse. Worse experience with any restaurant I’ve ever had. We waited about 45 minutes for our delivery and didn’t see a status update. We were told it’d be 20 minutes.It’s been 2 1/2 hours pizza tracker status is delivered and we’ve gotten nothing. Front desk at the hotel confirmed no one from domino’s has come by. I will be disputing the charges and depending on other pizza chains in the future.Take your business somewhere more dependable especially for delivery.

I placed an order that was abandoned, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. After that, I had to wait over an hour and a half for delivery, which was a huge disappointment. When I inquired about the situation, I was informed that I would receive a refund within a week, but my account was then suspended. Unfortunately, no food ever arrived. The 5-cheese dipping sauce is so good, right? No, not this time... This was the smallest amount I've received ever, tragic. I had to go to the office to pick my order up. I'm in the rear of the complex. I was told it's company policy. As a delivery driver of over 4000 deliveries, I can't see that as probable. It was more likely driver decision. Those darn stairs. AmIRight?
If I could leave 0 star I would. I ordered my pizza online. Spending 15 minutes on their website to order. Right as I was pulling up to the store the manager called me and cancelled because they decided to close the store early. He lied to me and said that he was short staffed. He had 3 driver and him and a CSR working inside. They just wanted to go home early.
Placed an order and it was in the oven and ready in under 5 minutes! Then it sat on the checking for quality (aka waiting for delivery for the next hour and a half. Upon calling to ask about it, I was told I would receive a refund within a week, then I was hung up on. No food came. Would not recommend this location.
I got the wrong food because they were out, I was given a side bag of chicken and a bag of Ceasars dressing and a garden salad to make the salad on my own and all my food was delivered in a plastic Walmart bag that the employee walked away with.Very ghetto of you dominoes.Sandwich was good at least. pizza 2 so delivery fee tipp equals $40. a mile away in the hotel, to deliver over an hour, pizza was hardly warm, and whoever cut it needs a refreshing cure! we ate it because we were hungry, but not something that domino should be proud of! I have to do it better than domino.
