I’m not sure if the staff is just lazy or reluctant to work, but I live only about four minutes away from this restaurant and I always order from them for work events and parties. The last time I placed an order, they called to say they couldn’t deliver to my address because I’m not wealthy, which is not accurate since I specified I was ordering from a different location. They really need to improve their customer service and responsiveness. If this happens again, I’ll have to reconsider ordering from them.
On Christmas Day my aunt was in the hospital unexpectedly and we couldn't find anyone to bring food to her son who can't drive and has difficulty with his mobility. We called this Domino's location and Victor said he would deliver even though it was just out of his zone. He was so kind. Our whole family can't thank him enough. Domino's, you have an amazing employee with Victor. We appreciate him so much!
showed them pictures of burnt pizza they delivered last time. the manager wasn't really interested and offered no refund. the only saving gnade is the kerl laufregister (can be autistic) which is always friendly, helpful with a smile. he helped me three times and is always amazing. he is what should be more hired.
