Ordered 1 Gluten free pizza for a guest at my party today and they never delivered the pizza to my house. I called the store and the lady and maybe Manager that answered did nothing to rectify the the situation. She said the driver left the pizza at the door and there was no pizza left at my door. There is absolutely no way we could have missed this delivery. Everyone was in the front room by the front door and the entire front of the house is floor to ceiling windows so you can see anything in and outside of the house. We also have a ring door bell and there was no delivery person on camera ever delivering to our house. I even checked the neighbors next door and nothing was there. The lack of hospitality and phone etiquette at this store is outrageous! They should have done the right thing and sent a new pizza to our house or just refunded us at this point. Beyond disappointing and have forever lost a customer for dominos on Buford Highway pizza! We will be disputing this charge with our credit card company and reaching out to corporate! I strongly recommend getting your pizza somewhere else!!!
I love my Pizza so well done that it's basically burnt. We just ordered from this dominoes and this is the first time we haven't had to either ask a restaurant to run a pizza back through or I've had to put it in my own oven again for half an hour while everyone else eats. THANK YOU to the Brookhaven Dominoes for this awesome well done pizza!
The pizza was tasty, but one big problem is that they put to little amount of toppings. They can't distribute the toppings evenly thorough out the pizza, one slice has more mushrooms than the other. If you don't care about topics, this is your place. Quality was better back then, they gave you a bunch of toppings.
