Honestly, I’m very disappointed with this facility. They have large signs outside of the building saying how they want to “HIRE” people constantly re-new their hiring application on job sites but they refuse to call back. When I went for the interview, the hiring manager was not only late but really rude. We were supposed to be having an interview, when multiple workers continued to barge in during my interview interrupt the process. They couldn’t be honest with me about the hiring process I still haven’t heard back if I ever got the job or not, after saying they would let me know. I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up a large order. The manager informed me that they had been overwhelmed with orders and that our pizzas wouldn't be ready for another 10 to 15 minutes. This was quite disappointing, especially with over 35 hungry kids eagerly waiting for their food. It was evident that the staff was really busy, with everyone working hard. However, the manager handled the situation well by apologizing, prioritizing our order, and offering compensation. His excellent customer service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. We will certainly continue to patronize this location because of how well he managed our situation.
I'm typically not a huge fan of Domino's, but while we were camping nearby, the kids were craving pizza. There are only two pizza places in town, and the other one wouldn't answer the phone, so I ended up choosing Domino's. It turned out to be an excellent decision! I opted for pickup since we were at a campsite, and our order was ready in just 14 minutes, even on a Friday afternoon. The pizza was fantastic, loaded with toppings. Honestly, it was probably the best Domino's pizza I've ever had.
After a long drive to the Colorado mountains our family made a stop in for a meal and was very pleasantly surprised. First thing we noticed was the smiles from the employees as we was greeted. It made the atmosphere so welcoming. The team work made our experience memorable as we received fast,hot,and fresh made food. We will definitely visit again if in the area. Fantastic pizza and friendly staff! Orders are prepared quickly, and the employees are warm and seem to enjoy their work, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. It's great to enter a place like that. Parking can be a bit tight since there are other businesses nearby, but I've always managed to find a spot. Service was top-notch, and I ordered delivery for dinner.
They had the opportunity to bounce back as the last major pizza chain in the city, but instead, they've elevated their game even further with outstanding customer service and warmth. Every visit to pick up our pizza is a delight. Plus, if we need a gluten-friendly option, we can trust that this place is a safe choice!
This review is for John. John always brings my pizza out and always double checks it for accuracy. I appreciate his thoroughness and his attitude. It is always nice to come to this Dominoes because of him. He should be considered for any awards, commendations or promotions available.
