This is the worst Domino's Pizza I've experienced on base. They tried to fix the lack of sauce on my last pizza by adding extra sauce at the counter, which only made things worse, as shown in the pictures below. I've lived on base at Lejeune and have had better quality elsewhere. They messed up my order and forgot items. Why would anyone put themselves through ordering from them? If you're on base, don’t just leave a Google review—use the ICE review system. At least those complaints reach the inspector general’s desk, and enough ICE reviews will force the base to take action. Avoid this Domino’s Pizza’s menu until improvements are made.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This Domino's is awful. They either get my order wrong or don't answer the phone for over an hour. They've messed up my orders multiple times. One night, they messed up my pizza three times, and I finally gave up and received store credit—but to redeem it, I have to call in. That doesn’t help since I’ve been on hold for nearly two hours. They should just close this Domino's and open a Pizza Hut instead; at least Pizza Hut answers the phone.
This is by far the worst pizza I've ever had, and that includes frozen ones. The photo shows the portion I didn’t eat—I ended up throwing it away. The dough was raw inside, and the shredded cheese barely melted, leaving its outline clearly visible. I guess this is what happens when you have no competition and a captive audience. I won't complain here again; I'll take it up directly with management since they're the ones who decide if the place stays open.
Domino's generally offers tasty food, but the poor customer service significantly impacts the overall experience. I've faced problems such as overcooked dishes, incorrect orders, and wrong toppings. They frequently include random replacements without consulting me when an item is unavailable. For example, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with extra chicken, but the bread was so tough that I could barely tear it apart with my fingers.

My husband placed an order through the app, but it was delivered to the wrong address. To make matters worse, the delivery driver argued with him, insisting she was familiar with the area. If that's true, why was the order delivered incorrectly? I was home the entire time, and the food never arrived. The person at the wrong house even signed for the order. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem.
I ordered two pizzas with very little sauce, along with wings and cheese bread from Domino's Pizza. After spending $70, I received pizzas that had heavy sauce instead. I also ordered two salads from their drive-thru menu, but I didn’t get my salads. What a waste of time and money!
I never received my orders. I tried calling, but no one answered, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I won't be ordering from here again. I haven't eaten all day, and I was trying to place an order for my nephew. Thankfully, I found some ramen.
The delivery driver was extremely rude. I recognize both his face and his car whenever I see him around the base. His behavior was very unprofessional, and I don’t believe he should be employed as a civilian on a military base.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Two of our pizzas were burnt and inedible. I can't serve them to my kids; they were also cut so poorly that they shouldn't have passed any inspection.
We found a hair in our food, and the pizza was burnt (see the picture we took after removing it from the box). The taste was unpleasant.
