We always order our pizza with light regular cheese - expressed as one third to one half. It doesn't matter how I convey this, most of the time the pizza arrives with full cheese. Tonight was no exception; I requested this amount using fractions, stressed that we wanted light cheese, had the order repeated to us and yet it arrived with full cheese and no mention of this request mentioned on the order summary. I don't know if the problem is the command of the English language, the math ability of the employee or just plain "I don't care" attitude but the message does not get across most of the time. We have been ordering pizza from this place for a few years now and got totally screwed last delivery. I ordered 2 small pizzas and an order of cheesy bread and my total came to $37.77 at the door. We order the same thing every time and never pay near that. When I received the pizza, there was a promo glued to the top of 1 of the pizza boxes showing 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and cheesy bread for $21.99.I phoned the branch to ask why I didn't get informed about this promo when I ordered it and the lady said " the girl who took your order is new and doesn't know the promotions.
