Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

Care for this establishment as much as they care for you!..... The customer service is non existent and they serve double decadence pizzas with no liquid cheese in them! They refuse to honour meal deals for example the 2 sides for £5. After arguing with...the manager this evening, he said they cannot do the deal as it's online only! IT DOES NOT STATE THIS ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!????!!?? I also pointed out that I have had this offer honoured no problem before to which he tried to make me feel like a liar! Attached is the terms and conditions- CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SITTINGBOURNE TEAM FOR NOT KNOWING YOUR FACTS no mention of 2 sides for £5 an online deal only! But DOES say offer must be mentio...

meat on a VEGAN pizza, business admitted, it was bark meat and could not have fallen meat on it, but they could have used the same cutting as the meat pizza in our order, they do not offer any refund, but can the pizza again, why would. I want another pizza 4 days after this terrible service, the person has not eaten meat for 17 years for religious reasons and had already eaten some other slices of the pizza) no manager callbacks despite 2 phone calls to store and 2 emails on the email address they gave me and a load visit. a driver fast enough to collect the pizza from me.

this restaurant is a sweat that we ordered on the 3rd februar a pizza and a next meal and the pizza to house absent the side appeared. we talked to the driver who delivered us, and he left us that he would be back with the rest of the order that never happened. we have since spoken with several so-called managers of the facility, including the area manager who promised to take the total cost of the meal now over two weeks later this has not yet happened, so they warn this so-called restaurant as their hard earned money, but do not do what they say they go too.

Grace or Gracie at the Domino's in Sittingbourne is fantastic! Her customer service is exceptional and she goes above and beyond to please and assist customers. Despite facing a challenging situation with a difficult customer on the phone during a busy time, Grace remained professional and asked her manager to intervene. Unfortunately, the manager showed a lack of support and left Grace to handle the situation on her own. Grace deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. My second trip to sittingbourne dominos and very disappointed. We ordered 3 pizzas but only two arrived at our door I spoke to the delivery woman who said she would return with our pizza. However never returned we rang the branch and had to deal...with rude staff, we explained the situation and we’re told we were lying and that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing service, and was very upset with how we were spoken too by the manager John, will not be returning

It was a lovely sunny afternoon and I decided to order some pizzas rather than cook. The food arrived hot. The chicken goujons were certainly delicious and I wished that I had ordered more of those. The pizzas were average and in truth, there was...far too much base and not enough toppings. Disappointing particularly as the bill was so high.

We always get our Pizza take-away order from here. It always arrives very quickly, it's always fresh hot still on arrival though it is quite an expensive take-away given it's just pizza it's always tasty so in our opinion worth paying for. I...would recommend it will continue to use Domino's for pizza.

get text to say pizza was on the way (a 5 minutes drive) and it came an hour later, stone cold. during the hour tried to call several times, but no answer. the van said he just came here, but he didn't. he also looked guilty! a great experience. will not use it again Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese that was delivered and then they said that they did not do that. Not to do that very strange, how customers who do not have gluten and cheese, no pizza with ingredients they have

There is not a lot of effort put into this restaurant. The pizza is usually very dry and not cut properly. The potato wedges are almost always undercooked.
