Ordered online and was told to collect in 10 15 minutes. On arriving at the store was told it would be another 20 minutes. After 40 minutes in the store the pizza was listed on the in store screen as 'ready ' but the guy on the till said it wouldn 't be ready for a while it 's not actually ready . I was one of several customers who were being kept waiting much longer than promised. The guy on the till didn 't know how to help he just kept saying he 'd find out what was going wrong with all the orders. A number of us had been waiting 30 minutes longer than promised and when we asked whether anyone knew where our orders were up to he couldn 't help so we asked if the manager could sort it out....
1. 99% of staff looked intoxicated 2. No communication apart from “tell that lazy git to stop using the phone from upstairs” that’s all I heard. 3. Customer service was pretty shocking to say the least, no apology for the 30 minute wait. (Factory boys at my work are happier) 4.just assumed we wanted garlick sauce because they couldn’t be bothered to ask obviously not been to McDonald’s they always ask... 5. Pizza was ok nothing like a decent home made pizza like you would expect I would probably put a close comparasment to an Aldi pizza although they stay warmer for longer. 6. Chocolate pizza unimpressed looked like a bakewell pudding chocolate cousin wannabe and didn’t look cooked as the ch...
Because this Domino’s is close to our house, we regularly order from here. The quality is very much up and down, with wrong orders being frequent and cold (ish) pizza happening regularly even though only 2 minutes drive away. We have now ordered for the last time as they did not deliver our full order. We called twice to tell them about it and was promised they would send missing item immediately. Nothing came. We have also been in contact (sent email) to Domino’s to at least get a refund of the item not delivered, but no response. This is terrible customer treatment and we will not order from here again.
It really is appalling. We ordered ahead and still had to wait, then gave me two pizzas and told me that completed my order when I had drinks,sauces,sides outstanding. I shown him my conformation email of the food and costing and still wouldn’t believe me. After 15 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes of trying to get through to someone that were missing items I gave up. It would of been more effective talking to the margarita. Avoid.

I ordered the "Home Alone" deal and received a completely different order. The pizza had no sweet corn or bacon and had a tomato base instead of BBQ sauce. To make matters worse, I received chicken bites instead of the nachos I had ordered, and everything was cold. I tried calling the restaurant at least 9 times, but there was no answer. This was a truly awful experience.
We have had a few deliveries from here recently which have been poor to say the least, missing items and cold food but really fancied pizza so thought we'd give them another chance. Shouldn't have wasted our money as once again the pizza was cold. So that's it Dominos Saltney no more chances which is a shame as in the rare occasions they got it right it was lovely
Went in stoned beggin for a tomato pizza base garlic bread . The girl on the till told me it was 2 for £6 , took this cheeky offer and turns out it was mega life changing . She knew I was needing two whole pizzas and I’m glad because it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Thankyou for making me get 2, I needed them both
On Thursday, August 19th, I was in Chester for work and decided to grab lunch at Dominos. I was served by two wonderful employees, one male and one female. They were truly exceptional and really brightened my day. They are definitely valuable assets to the company.

This Domino's in Saltley is your typical chain restaurant but I highly recommend it for its cleanliness and helpful staff.
Extremely disappointing, pizza arrived cold after spending 80 minutes in the delivery driver's car. Never order again
