Inconsistent experience! When it's good, it's fantastic, but when it's bad, it's a disaster! The last time we ordered for the 4th of July, we missed the fireworks because our delivery was such a mess; it was by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. They offered to replace our order on another day, but when we called, the young man who answered seemed to take the issue personally and only comped part of our order. After all that, there was no apology, just a partially complimentary meal. The delivery girl was very kind, at least she apologized.
My family and I were passing through Bloomfield when hunger struck. Bloomfield is a small town with limited dining options, so we decided to try Domino's. Our experience was excellent. The customer service was warm and friendly, and we were served quickly. The pizza was delicious, and the garlic bread knots and buffalo wings were a fantastic addition to our meal. The atmosphere was lovely and peaceful. I would definitely stop by again in the future.
Ordered pizza ahead of time while traveling and it was hot and ready when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Not five stars only because there are shady people in the area, as soon as we came out we had someone begging for pizza and money in the parking lot. (We gave him pizza:
Never order online from Bloomfield Dominoes Pizza. They never put order in correctly. Seriously over 55 minutes for a pizza. Online tracker says ready but employees can never find the order and have to redo. All employees just stare at you when you enter store. Réservez une table maintenant
