I placed my order around noon and quickly received a call from Domino's informing me that there was only one delivery driver available, who wouldn’t be able to arrive until after 3 PM. They asked if I wanted to wait or cancel, so I decided to cancel my order (only to find out I have to wait 48 hours for a refund). I then placed another order online at 2:50 PM. I used the Tracker to monitor my order, but it took them 45 minutes just to complete the quality check. My food finally arrived around 4:30 PM. Unfortunately, it was cold, and the cheese had congealed. The cheese sticks were rock hard. To make matters worse, the driver hung up on me when I let him know someone was downstairs to pick up...
we order from here often because I work late and it is one of the few places open. my order was never wrong. the personal was always pleasant, but I notice that they always appear underoccupied. I can understand and know how stressful this can be. especially on a Friday and Saturday night. I feel for those employees who are constantly trying to get all the orders ready because i have literally never seen this business slowly. there are always at least 5 cars out there waiting for their command even at midnight. Hold on!
more amazing load, and even more wonderful workers named jamie had me and my family the most amazing, best customer service I've ever received. he was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly when he supported me in my order. I can't express how great I am to be in this place for his employment, because he thinks that he has completely strengthened the whole business. this man deserves more than anyone I've ever met. I've personally never had a problem with Dominos but they have really let themselves go. Last night I ordered at 10:45 to exact. I know the delivery takes a while so I expected that. But last night they never brought my order and I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE store since 12 am last night and no answer. I have called today and still NO ANSWER. I just want my refund. So unprofessional. this place is by far the best dominos I have ever been! excellent customer service and eating is also great! jamie helped me over the phone and is a very pleasant person to talk and helped me with my order. he takes his job seriously and goes beyond and beyond he earns a definitiw an increase! they come here to order their pizza, they will not be disappointed!
I was on hold for 45 minutes this time, and I had to drive to the store while still on the phone. I wanted them to see firsthand that they need to improve their phone skills. They had their ringer turned down all the way on a Sunday afternoon during football season. I can only imagine how much business they lost because of that.
When I first ordered this place, it was terrible. the order was wrong and the pizza was burned half. decided to try again and it turned out 100% not to be sure whether they have a new job or something like a night and day difference. the two work very nice and professional today.
