This has to be the worst Domino's I have ever dealt with! Thier employees can't keep up and then close early. Calling customer service is a joke!On 2 occasions I have tried two put an online order in, for it to not go through w no explanation. I had already sent my family to the store to pick up so I immediately called the store. For 25 mins they let it ring. When my family arrived to find no order for us they called me where they them told the workers to answer the phone. Thier response was that they are not accepting orders at that time bc they are behind!!!! So instead of informing the customers of this, they just let the customer waste their time.And now this is the 2nd time I've tried t...
I am giving them 1star because I can't leave no stars. This is the 2nd time we've ordered from here and things wasn't right. I've called and called and called and nobody would answer the phone. So I finally I said forget it. I'm just gonna not order from there again. Don't waste your time and money. The food is good but they'll mess it up and will not answer the phone to make things right. Maybe if they fixed the problem I would order again but I'll never know because they won't answer the phone. Pizzas dry hardly any sauce just don't order from this location if u can pick it up from another store. Go there
We've ordered here twice this week, 1st time was great, 2nd time was a disaster!! Wait time was over 50 mins, not the 30-40 we were told. Food arrived warm and wrong order. I tried repeatedly to call the store and no one answered. I tried going thru the 800#, asking to speak to a manager. Again, no answer, even the following day. Apparently they are not concerned about their customer satisfaction!! There are several other Domino's store in this area, I would strongly suggest trying them 1st!!!
I ordered CarryOut, and the Online Order Tracker was right on the money! Always good deal at Domino's, and I love the taste. Added bonus, the cashier lady was nice, greeted me, and was smiling when I checked out at the counter to pick up my order. No complaints! Do recommend! (March 1, 2019)
