One night around 10:30, I tried to order a pizza and got a call an hour later saying they were closed. No problem, I didn’t argue. A few weeks later, I tried ordering again only to find out we’re on their no-delivery list. It’s petty to the point of being almost funny because we were always polite. I guess they just didn’t want to deliver to us and were afraid we’d call them out. I’ve deleted the app and won’t be ordering again. There were always some issues with our orders, but we’re not usually the types to complain. Still, this petty behavior sticks with me. For now, this is the best review I can give.
The Domino's Pizza app needs some serious improvements to function properly. While it works seamlessly in other cities and allows for point accumulation, I ended up spending 10 minutes ordering through the call center, as if I had never dined there before! The menu should be more accessible via the app.
We enjoy ordering pizza for delivery when we travel. After a long day of driving, my husband prefers not to leave the hotel to eat. Unfortunately, this Domino's does not offer delivery!
