Today, my order was marked as out for delivery at 6:05 PM and then listed as delivered at 6:58 PM. However, we never received it. My husband was outside in the front yard during that time. We've called the store multiple times, but each time someone answers and then hangs up. How is this acceptable? After reading reviews from other customers, it seems that this has been a recurring issue at this location.
Every time I visit, the pizza is always excellent. This is the best Domino's I've ever ordered from, and I’m a regular customer, going about once a week because it’s that good. The young lady at the counter today is not only lovely but also provides outstanding customer service every time I come in. These staff members deserve a raise; they truly represent the brand well at this location.
Ordered on the app at 12:57pm. Wait time was 47 -57 minutes. Placed the order anyway. At 2:58pm and still no delivery. Tried to cancel the order a bit ago on the app but was told to call the store. We called the store, sat on hold for what felt likeeternity and nobody ever answered. My sister had problems with them the other evening. Why are they even open if this is thebest they can do?
