Ok. First, I love their pies. The bread, the toppings, the sauce, DELICIOUS. BUT they have become part of the problem in our economic situation. Not only did they raise the price of their medium pizzas, they made them smaller. Can't prove it here but they have shrunk the size by around one inch. There's three of us, we could get two mediums and we had some leftovers. Now we're left hungry. Will keep buying them but only when they have good specials. Thanks.
Never order Dominos again. terrible customer service. No point to order the delivery when it is a few minutes after 11, apparently they wait until midnight, cancel the order, and then stop answering their phones. If you want to close at midnight, join us at midnight and stop advertising you opened until 1:00.
I would like to acknowledge the manager, Dustin, by demonstrating professionalism in solving a very bad customer service experience and missing extras from a take-out order today. He is the only reason why this is not a long 1-star rating and a corporate conversation. I hope things turn around. Good manager.
It sucks. Will never buy from them. I'm not gonna get 4 miles away, but I'm supposed to call another Dominos 10 miles away. That they will deliver me. I'm not a smart man, but there's something messed up. Promise are the beautiful words. I want to call it something else. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!
