When I arrived at the store, I requested a refund for the delivery fee and tip. I found out later at home that the cashier refunded the delivery fee but kept the $6 tip. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, the garlic knots were soggy, and the wings were also cold. To top it off, the three dipping sauces we ordered were missing from the box. Strangely, I received a call from Domino's at 10:15 saying my order was on the way, which meant they were perfectly fine with my family waiting 4.5 hours for our food. This experience was utterly unacceptable and in desperate need of a major overhaul.
According to their tracking, my order has been in quality check for over 40 minutes now. I find it hard to believe that it should take that long. We're just sitting here waiting, and I hope the food is absolutely amazing to justify such a lengthy quality check.
Received the wrong pizza and then took another hour to receive the right one. I had to call three times and they hung up on me when I told them I still hadn?t received it. Would give zero stars if I could.
I have to admit, it took a while for my pizza to arrive, and my drinks were forgotten. However, Domino's did give me bonus points for a free pizza, so I can't really complain. Keep up the good work!

Bad customer service. Could not understand the people at the call center then they got my order wrong. Sorry Dominos the food was good but you need to work on your employees.
This location always provides the best experience. The pizzas show up on time, hot, and decked out in toppings. The delivery drivers are always smiling and friendly.
Spend your money elsewhere. This domino 's doesn 't seem to believe in quality checks and the customer service is nonexistent. He said how it goes in it comes out .
In my opinion, this is the best takeout pizza in the Lakeshore area. You can always count on it to be consistently good and just right. After all, it’s Domino's!

Pizza order was not correct and they were too busy to correct it, pizza eas goood but ended ip going to Lil Casear's for more pizza
