On Thursday evening I ordered pizza at 7:10. The tracker showed the pizza made and my delivery left the store. 30 min after my pizza supposedly left the store, the driver calls for replacing my drink order because they are all out. He tells me he's 30 minutes away. I was very upset that 1 hour and 20 minutes after the order, I find out that there are 2 hours waiting and won?t get the drinks I ordered. When I called the shop, the manager was unapologetic and defensive. When I asked why the driver only asks about my drink order 30 minutes after his departure, UNG UP ON ME! I called back and he admitted hanging up and pretending not to know why I'm just being asked about my drink. I threatened...
Only if I could give ZERO stars. The worst dominos I've ever had. The staff is super rude, they cancel your order without notice and have the opportunity to tell you? Oh, I'm gonna say NO, and I thought it was a double order?. FYI There were no double orders and the server comes to the door and tells us the above mentioned explanation without asking our name for the order. So you're smart enough to know what happened there. STAY AWAY AND SAVE ICH MONEY AND TIME!!
This dominos provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The store was open until 10 pm but doors were locked at 9 pm. Staff member was very rude and told us our order was cancelled because we ordered twice. He did not ask the name or the order and was one of the most rudest staff member I have ever encountered. I will never go to this location ever again and they should definetely reconsider the staff they employ.
