my 5-star rating should draw a contrast to all negative ratings. I live near this dominos. I often command it. the personal is great! I think the problems that people have with this location could relate to the challenges of customer support during high volume times. my experience was in the rule when ordering during not high volume times. for example, my last 2 orders were great. I really got hot fresh good pizza fast. both orders were during the non-delivery times. but I had some not great experiences with this restaurant, during the peak delivery hours. my advice would be to order the delivery during the non-speaking delivery times or to pick up their pizza during the push times
I waited an hour for my online order and got an email that the order was canceled. When I called the load, I was told that they didn't have enough people to fill the orders. Why should they accept the order and then wait an hour to cancel it? there was no excuse, only rude arrogant behavior. dominos does not care about customer service and franchise quality.
