I called in an order for pickup and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I asked if they could hold off and have it ready in 30 minutes as I was still on my way. They agreed, but when I arrived exactly 30 minutes later, there were no pizzas with my name on them. I questioned why and was informed that someone had called to cancel the order just 5 minutes after my initial call. I had to wait another 20 minutes while they prepared my order. A friend later mentioned this is a common trick when the restaurant messes up. Despite the inconvenience, the pizzas were delicious and hot.
I made a mistake by ordering from the wrong location, but after contacting the restaurant multiple times, I was promised a refund of £15.76. However, I have yet to receive it and it appears that I may need to take legal action to resolve the issue. If they cannot be relied upon to provide a simple refund, then I have concerns about their overall trustworthiness in handling food. This experience has solidified my doubts, and I will stand by my decision.
I have ordered and collected from here a few times and with every single time I have ordered there hasn't been a single issue and they have had quick service. The food was up to a good standard and was exactly what I expected. Ordering pizza for collection there was no issues and the staff are happy to help. For price it isn't too bad. Domino's always have deals going on that will always give you a good value for money.
Just ordered a dominoes. How hard is it to cook a pizza. Pizza was sloppy undercooked and the crust was just like eating raw dough! It's poor!! Leave them in longer instead of rushing it to try and cook more orders.... so annoying. Much prefer Morrisons pizza anyway. Waste of money. Yuk!

i love peperoni and this pizza place can put it on a pizz for all to enjoy. they can even stuff it in the crusts which make it nice, they give you free extra dipping sauce as well and always look after us when we pop in to collect.
The pizza is hit and miss, wrong orders, pizzas must be left standing a while before they deliver. An absolute waste of hard earned money. I will never order from here ever again. The quality for the price is abyssmal.
I will never order from Domino's again. It is not acceptable to hang up on customers or be rude to them. Papa John's provided much better service last night by actually getting my order right.
Great selection on website, easy to order. Delivered in good time and arrived nice and hot only downside was the small portion of wedges for the cost. Very tasty and exactly as ordered.

Excellent customer service tonight and tasty hot food. I had the pix n mix deal which is good value for money. Haven’t ordered for a while but definitely will do again.
Pizza burnt black inedible! Said we'll give you free next time!! Are you kidding me Wellingborough store we'll never order here again!!!
