I made an online order, somehow my order had gotten lost or was never seen! I arrived to pickup my food and paid for everything but then I was asked to wait until it was done, I waited and waited! Then after the third of fourth time of me going back in tocheck on my order, I realized that even with me being there my order was never made until the last time that I had went back inthe store to check on it. Once they finally made my order it only took 10 minutes before I received it, my meal ended up beingcomped and the manager was super apologetic about everything! My cheesy bread was cooked to perfection just how I like it andmy Mediterranean sub was on point too! I don?t know if they?re shor...
Apparently, my order was massively delayed cause it had to be remade because they cut it when I asked for it to be uncut. I also didn't get the sodas that I asked for and was only told by the driver that they were out of what I wanted. If I had been calledI would have done some substitution or something, instead of going without any drink at all. Plus seeing how long it took tofinally get my food, it has been taking longer and longer and the food was cold by the time it got here. The driver didn't evenhave it in a heater bag when he arrived at my doorstep like they usually do. I am NEVER ordering from this store ever again, andwould suggest no one else ever does either.
So we were 4 minutes early for our Pizza . We received some of the rudest customer service ever. I didn?t realize dominos was such a timely operation , I will keep that in mind when it takes over 30 minutes to have my pizza delivered next time . So rude. With all the people losing their job thanks to coronavirus , I?d be really careful about who I hire . I?d also be concerned about losing business in a time like this . Ridiculous 4 mins , was apparently life or death .
This place, unlike a variety of other dominos, actually places a good deal of care in all their orders. I come home late and most nights they are the only place to deliver for a reasonable price. The driver Andrew is a fantastic guy and he always greets me with a warm smile if I don't order contactless. And whoever Sharrod is? When I see how you make my order, I know it's good and not fat. Total good location, good staff.

Went to the 6010 Meadowridge center Dr. (Elkridge ,MD) location today and the lady at the store was so RUDE despite the fact that I called the store and spoke to her about not being able to place my orders online. Drove about 15 minutes to the storewithout even getting the pizza. It looks like she turned the Wi-Fi off so that no online orders will come in because, she wasthe only staff at the store. Too bad.
Ordered pizza multiple times with carry out option and no issues. Delivered on time. But when they have 50% off on regular price items , they called and mentioned out of few vegetables. As a vegetarian, number of options will be less. So they shouldmaintain stock of vegetables to help customers.
Order online for pickup. Just 10 minutes. My order was finished when I moved to the store. Order was right, pizza and wings were tasty as always. (On a side note I only saw 1 guy working at the store @11 and he welcomed me immediately and treated me like a customer extra points for him)
I am very, VERY disappointed. Didn't receive my full order. Told delivery driver, but nothing was done. Could not get through to anyone on the phone. In fact it kept hanging up on me. Wasn't able to get it resolved through the website....Domino's has lost along-time customer.

Sharod is the MAN. Work to do the calls to fix things, and make sure that I was fully satisfied with the outcome. Every pizza I have received from this place is a work of cheerful craftsmanship. Maybe I'm just biased against Dominos. Thank you.
