The staff who answered the phone were friendly and knowledgeable. However, our order took about 15 minutes longer than we were initially told. Since we often use delivery services, we have clear signs indicating where to leave packages on our front porch. It was a chilly day, and when the pizza didn’t arrive on time, I stepped outside to check on it. To my surprise, it wasn’t there; I noticed the delivery sign had fallen, and it was drizzling lightly. I decided to go in through the back door and made my way through the house to the front. When I reached the porch, I found the pizza sitting in the cardboard boxes, with no delivery person or vehicle in sight. There was also no knock, doorbell...
Walked into this dominos recently to pickup an order. They were prepping pizzas with toppings (cheese and pep) and just leaving them out. There’s no AC, it’s hot in there. Got the pizza home and it was clearly spoiled. It smelled rank. I called them and told them about it. They made me drive all the way back to their store to get a refund. When I got there they had 10 more prepped. I explained to them they don’t have the volume of orders for this method of prep to work. I was ignored. Going to make people sick. Need to follow health and safety protocols. At minimum refrigerate after prep.The employees are in dire need of customer service training.
Worst pizza ordering experience of my life! They said Please hold three times within a 12-minute span, without even saying Thanks for calling Domino 's, we 're very busy right now but please hold. I had wanted to order a pizza to pick up before work. They made sure with their rude behavior that didn 't happen. When I went into this Domino 's to see what the wait time would be, even MORE RUDE TREATMENT. Never again!
I wouldn't do this but this current staff is horrible. Twice in a row my order has been cancelled. It's not even a big order it's a single pizza and tots. I tired to call this time to see what the issue was. There was no dial tone. I don't know what's happening but I don't recommend ordering from there for the time being. Réservez une table maintenant
