An absolute disaster, cannot be reached at the number provided. 30 minutes on hold unsuccessful! So after waiting for an hour we drove off to the store in Örlikon, the supposed store manager was standing there with his cell phone in his hand, we asked what was going on. The answer was that they were stressed and couldn't use the phone, but in our eyes it looked different. We wanted to take our order with us straight away, but this wasn't possible because the courier was already on the way. A refund is also not possible in the branch, we have to do this online and we are assured that we will get our money back via Twint. Back at home, the strange courier stood, visibly nervous, and handed us...
We ordered from Dominos in Oerlikon and waited 1.5 hours for our food. The three of us called the branch and all three of us were on hold for 20 minutes each. Since no one answered, we got in the car and drove to the branch in Oerlikon. The store was empty and the employee was on his cell phone, so he could have easily picked up the phone. Food was happily sent out by courier 2 minutes before we arrived. After complaining, they wanted to fob us off with 2 vouchers for cheese breads. It's simply 0 service we will definitely never order again!
Terrible service Ordered and paid for via the Dominos app at 9 p.m. Now at 10:40 p.m. still no pizza even though the app says it's been delivered. Since the store closes at 10 p.m., it is no longer possible to contact us by phone. Normally a fan of Dominos, but not this branch. The last few times there was always something going on, pizza was forgotten once and the wrong pizza was delivered.
We ordered two pizzas shortly before 7 p.m. After almost two hours we didn 't want the pizzas anymore and wanted to cancel them. After almost 30 minutes on hold, we were finally able to reach the store and finally cancel our pizzas, which had already been in quality control for 25 minutes at this point. We will never order here again.
