This is the second time my order has been mixed up at this restaurant. I always order the thin crust, but last time they gave me a pan pizza. This time, I ordered the 6 cheese thin crust with added pepperoni and bacon for an extra $6. The receipt showed the correct order, but the pizza did not have the pepperoni or bacon. How many other orders have they messed up? Are the workers keeping the extra money? On top of that, the lava cake was awful. I tried contacting the restaurant and filing complaints, but received no response. All time favourite! The location is very convenient. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Always order pizza from here and the quality is unchanged. Delicious pizza, always fresh and hot. There were times when I called them up to place the order and they would let me know in advance if they are busy and if the time of pick-up ir delivery might be delayed. Never had any issues with order. This location also has lots of parking spots. Definitely recommend.
