Domino's Pizza Marsden Park

It’s a shame I can’t give this place a 0.This would have to be the worst dominos have ever ordered from. The manager (Indian lady) is the most rude, unprofessional person I have every spoken to. I ordered a “loaded pepperoni” with bbq sauce and received a pizza with no sauce, no cheese and a few slices of pepperoni thrown on. I phoned up and asked for a refund on the pizza and was told no I could only get a store credit. It stated on the dominos website that I am entitled to a refund and we still refused one. The manager argued with me on the phone for half an hour, wouldn’t let me speak kept placing me on hold and told me that she would not pass her name on to me or the details of her manag...

that must be the business of the worst domino I have seen and what a terrible customer service. in there with workmates eat lunch and again to work ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread. 30 minutes go buy and my name is still not called I approached (luka) and was said that my pizzas were taken accidentally by a delivery trolley. Now we're both late, and nobody took care of us.

Your pizzas are always too late. my pizza is always on the head and the beats are everywhere.

It will take more then 1 hr to deliver most times. Pizza quality is ok
