the food took forever, and when it was the starters, we were so bad that we ate one and returned to the other as it was burned and unusable. the waitress was completely unfriendly. no wonder we were the only people in the restaurant! I. have stuffed our pizza order and we have paid for a starter and our (not very good) drinks. then we were shouted to leave the door because I had miscounted my change and had paid 20 cent too little. I came in a few minutes before the closing time on a Saturday night, and asked if I could get another to-go order. the staff had already cleaned the kitchen and were the only people at the place. they still have me. pasta whipped and were very friendly and accommodating. I ordered spaghetti carbonara, which was a little bland (I prefer speck instead of ham in the sauce), but it was a big part at a fair price.
we have eaten with our friends in don alberto too night. the location is easy to find and clean and cozy inside. we got the best pizza of all time and my daughter was thrilled by Italian pasta that they serve. they also open for lunch. in any case recommended!
