It lacks maintenance, a shame. We arrived on the 2nd night and with no light in the long hallway (there is no way to locate the switch if it is turned off), without emergency signage indicating exit from the cul-de-sac in hallways, I mentioned it to a night watchman and we checked the electrical panel where We found a lowered automatic. Broken skirting boards, dust, cobwebs, a window that only closes in the lower part, strong smell of pipes in the bathroom, the loose map in the lower part, dirty towels are left on the shower floor and appear hanging again. Nada más llegar,que veníamos desde Zaragoza,por tema torneo de fútbol en Las Rozas,la señora de la limpieza tenía todas sábanas sucias por el suelo,sin llevar el carro de la ropa sucia,mientras íbamos por el pasillo parecía de miedo porque interruptores no iban,según entramos en la habitación acaban de terminar de limpiar(se supone) y había pelusas y pelos,las toallas super viejas...en fin que no volvería.Para ser sincera,lo único bueno el desayuno y la stención del camarero.

They canceled one of the 3 nights a few days before due to overbooking. Uncomfortable beds and linens certainly not inviting to sleep on. We paid more for an almost shameful breakfast. I always hate to leave bad reviews but this may help others in future bookings.

Hotel céntrico , pero muy antiguo , aire acondicionado no funciona ni calefacción , precio excesivo para lo que es , modificaciones continuas en reservas a través de booking moviendo días poniendo no presentado etc , entra el desayuno pero es un café sin más

Perfect to come take exams in uax, correct room with balcony, friendly staff, Everything clean, clean bathroom, heating Comfortable bed. The truth would return. Restaurant menu very good price and quality, everything very delicious!

Perfecto para venir hacer examenes en uax,habitacion correcta con balcon,personal amable, Todo limpio,baño limpio ,calefacción Cama comoda. Volvería la verdad. Menu de restaurante muy bien precio y calidad,muy rico todo!

very good value-price ; it is a simple hotel with the joto and necessary to spend one night . you can not ask them more for what they charge , very good breakfast

I've only visited the restaurant, but you can't put any sticks on it. The fantastic puppy, if you can put it between your chest and back.
