the restaurant is not entirely vegan, but there are six options of vegan pizzas in the menu, with standard dough and full wheat. all of them use a vegan mozzarella from superbom, a Brazilian company that (although it is not quite vegan) produces various vegan products, such as cheese and burger. the pizzas are pretty good! there is no vegan sweet pizza option, but after the conversation with a waitress (which is also vegan), I could order at least one pizza with bananas, zimt and vegan cheese.
