I've ordered from this restaurant about four times, and I've enjoyed my food every single time. Yesterday, my son and I got wings (I call them honey and hot) and pizza. We both wanted different toppings on the pizza— I opted for Margarita while he chose Veggies. It was so delicious that I found myself thinking about it the next day! I even finished a leftover slice of my son's pizza, which inspired me to write this review. I absolutely love the food here! Everything is always prepared perfectly. If I could give it ten stars, I would. You should definitely give them a try; you won't be disappointed! It's a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I was a first time customer here. Advertisement/coupon said for a Monday large pizza $11.99. When calling, I mentioned the ad price and they would not honor that price. They said it was a printing error. Bad customer service. Then they charge extra if you don't pay cash, shady on their end. So $11.99 quickly changed to $14.21 (then they have nerve to have word for tip on receipt) . Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have gone there (just because their customer service alone). I will not be a returning customer.
Did not get much here, mostly enjoy their chicken salad, but they need to put the salad in a larger container, they put it in a small plastic container the size of a burger box, I also took 2 medium pizza yesterday because we come company, they were so small they were more like personal pizzas (Spent $27 dollars for them! Even the lady who answers the phone always sounds so involuntary, they must have an upbeat person answer to the phones. Réservez une table maintenant
My boyfriend absolutely loves your mozzarella sticks and onion rings! However, I have to take off one star because one of the staff members repeatedly played a video saying “re-elect D*nald Tr*mp,” which made us quite uncomfortable. On top of that, he stood very close to our table while we were eating, which was a bit awkward.
Don Franco consistently delivers excellent service! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is both delicious and satisfying. I tried their small order of wrinkled fries (which are actually quite generous in portion) and their cheese steak with whiskey on a foot-long hoagie. Everything was fantastic!
