Don Jose Mexican - Réservation de table

I arrived at this restaurant just after lunchtime and found that it was almost empty. After waiting for about 5 minutes for our drinks, we waited another ten minutes without anyone taking our order. The woman at the host stand was clearly preoccupied with her phone and two servers walked by also on their phones. We had to approach the host stand and request for someone to take our order in order to receive any service. It was disappointing to see the lack of accountability from the staff, as I understand that there may be challenges with finding workers, but those present should be attentive to their responsibilities.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible and has been one of my favorites since I moved here. However, during the last few visits, I have noticed that every front of house employee is constantly on their phone. Today, after receiving our drinks, we waited for 13 minutes before being seated. The front host didn't put her phone down when seating us, and both servers were leaning against the wall on their phones. It was only 1:30 in the afternoon and we were only the third table to be seated.

I dine at this restaurant every Sunday and the service is fantastic! As soon as I walk in, I am greeted with chips and salsa. My drink is brought to me quickly and my food always follows shortly after. The menu offers a variety of options and every dish I have tried has been delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Don Jose is our go-to spot for Mexican food in Jonesboro. The service is always quick and attentive, with our food arriving within 10 minutes of ordering. We've tried many Mexican restaurants in town, but Don Jose's food is always amazing. We haven't found a dish we don't like there. Réservez une table maintenant

VERY good food. I was impressed with the variety and price. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Pictured is the Monster Chimichanga , it was so good I inhaled it.

Best Mexican restaurant around! Food is always hot and quickly served. Love their tea. It's damn GOOD, yes that good!
