By far the worst shop in all of Zurich and not recommended! Visited on Sunday evening, small manageable shop with an extremely cheeky waiter! After sitting for 10 minutes, my husband and I got the menu and were allowed to order our drinks, 2 Aperol Spritz and a water without. After a long time only the 2 Aperol arrived and these were uncarbonated and stale, because of the water the waiter asked again whether with or without and came to the table with the wrong bottle. After sitting in front of the menu for a while, we were allowed to order our food, 2 pasta dishes to start with and a meat dish as a second course. The worst experience and treatment in years. we booked a year ago and were sent to the building over the street in a cellar. We sent several emails and they apologised by saying that we in the reservation that it was in the original Don Leone. We did this week, they confirmed and it was the same. We came to try to show the reservation, and they yelled at us and wanted to take us back to the basement. the worst service in the world. What a rude and rude lady! Don't let anyone in the restaurant.
eines der besten italos in zürich. waren zu viert dort... schön eingerichtetes lokal, durch und durch freundliche bedienung, riesen auswahl... vor allem die pizza auswahl ist gross und speziell... alles sehr schön angerichtet und das essen schmeckt klasse! was will man mehr!klare empfehlung und jederzeit wieder gerne.
I have had an amazing time with my friends every time we were here. The taste of the food that we have ordered every time was so delicious and I always wanted one portion more although it was enough. I really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone

Früher war das Restaurant eine tolle Adresse. Heute lebt es leider nur noch vom Ruhm glorreicher Zeiten. Der Wein ist viel zu teuer! Teilweise muss man trotz Reservation eine Stunde warten. Schade. Das Essen ist trotzdem lecker, darum die 3 Punkte.
Ich komme schon Jahre her, war nun eine Weile nicht mehr Gast im Don Leone. Gestern hat uns wieder einmal mehr vollends überzeugt, vielen Dank für die tolle Pizza und den preiswerten Wein!

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, sehr gute Pizza, man fühlt sich wohl und familiär, ist aber ziemlich eng gestuhlt. Guter Hauswein, Tiptop.
