Dona Purita - Réserver une table

We were on our way to Sevilla from Lisboa, and stopped to have lunch in Badajoz. I wanted to avoid traffic, but we ended up at this place, right on the center of the old town. Fortunately we found a parking spot. We were not disappointed ! I have been in many different countries and eaten a lot of different dishes, but here we had an Octopus Carpaccio that I had not seen before anywhere. It turned out to be a delicious experience. They also had many other nice dishes, but we did not to overeat, as we still had a few hours on the road before us. I recommend this place. Service is good, prices are very reasonable, and they have tables on the sidewalk, where we ate.

We had a business lunch in the restaurant of the San Marcos hotel, that had been spotted to us by locals. The restaurant is the basic type , i.e. not too much attention is paid to decoration, but everything lies in service and in food! As fresh as sunny, the plate shines with local products and recipes. Right after the first meal you 'll already be friends with the waiters and just be willing to come back the next day.
