Donair Shawarma House

I came in with my toddler and ordered a platter. They were very friendly and playful with her. They then brought the falafel and whole second plate of items, for free, so my daughter could try different kinds of food. You simply cannot underestimate this kind of generosity of spirit. It is certainly worth more than 5 stars. The food was excellent and it worth driving in for.Kid-friendliness: I came in with my toddler and ordered a platter. I placed an online order and arrived five minutes early. The food was ready, but it was not what I expected. I ordered a donair with cheese and no onions, yet it came loaded with onions and hardly any cheese or sauce. My daughter had a falafel that was overwhelmed with pickled toppings, turning everything pink. Neither dish was served hot. Trying this new place turned out to be a mistake. Additionally, there was a dish of fries on the counter that looked like someone had been eating from it. We won’t be returning here and will stick to Famous Donair down the street.

We ordered our usual two cheese donairs with sweet sauce tonight, and they were absolutely terrible. I'm not sure what went wrong, but they arrived cold, the meat was overcooked and crispy, and the donairs were really dry. We've been ordering from this location once or twice a month for a year, and this is the worst experience we've ever had. Something needs to change, or someone definitely needs better training. I'm truly disappointed and hope this isn't the way things will continue!

I've only visited this restaurant a couple of times, but on each occasion, the staff was extremely friendly and the food was truly amazing! I rarely order donairs from other places anymore, as this restaurant has completely set a new standard for me! The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are exceptional. I always recommend this place to anyone I know who is visiting the area. The only other restaurant I really enjoy is one in Trenton, Ontario. Réservez une table maintenant

I had an amazing first experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything felt very fresh. The wrap I ordered was fantastic, and the portion sizes were incredible! It was definitely worth the wait. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; even though they didn’t have a mixed wrap on the menu, they still made one for me! I would highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal and a welcoming atmosphere!

Go here for the food! Love the shawarma and kabob platters, by far the best in Sherwood Park (may be even all of Edmonton area). Clean, fresh, tasty and big portions. Pros: You won't be disappointed by the food. Cons: Very limited eat in space.

Incredible! There's no need to head to the northside for shawarma because they serve it wonderfully right here. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is outstanding.

I ordered takeout yesterday, and unfortunately, the rice was cold while the meat was hot. The food was enjoyable overall, but the cold rice was a letdown. Réservez une table maintenant

I travel the country extensively and I love to eat. Best donair in Canada. Perfection.And they still have plastic straws!
