Ordered food at 6:30pm. Confirmation email said 7:38pm. I know it is always an estimation so I did not have me hopes up. However, at 7:15, I received an email that said “the pizza has left the building.” The pizza did not arrive until 8:20. I had hoped that the email just went out prematurely but the pizza was coldAnd soggy. I drive by the store I ordered from weekly and it is roughly 15 minutes at most from my house. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews especially in times like these but good lord this was a terrible delivery experience.
If you are a fan of Donatos and you happen to be near this place, it is worth driving a few extra miles to Norton or another location that better upholds all of Donatos' standards. Having worked in the food industry for 20 years, I can say that the slim green peppers were not fresh and seemed to still be frozen inside. The dough was overcooked and had too much yeast, making it not enjoyable. Maybe next time they shouldn't rush the process. I won't be returning.
Don’t order delivery here. I ordered at 1:40pm and it’s been 2 hours and still my order hasn’t been delivered. It’s not worth it, I get there is an employee shortage but at least let your customer know your true delivery time. They gave me a false delivery time of 65 min. Food should be refrigerated after 2 hours once cooked and this pizza is probably now unsafe to consume. Waste of 20 bucks.
I did not order from Donatos for a long time. I decided to have lunch there today and I must say that I was impressed. The food was fresh and delicious, and my order was delivered on time. Keep up the good work! I will definitely order from the Hilliard Rome Road location again.

My order was delivered promptly and was delicious. I empathize with the staff who were understaffed. My recent experiences for takeout have been excellent. My meal tonight in the snowy weather felt like something out of a movie.
I called donatos to order the delivery, no one ever picked up and it hung on me. Donatos, you didn't deserve my business. I'll call one of the local mom and pizzeria connections. they're bringing me to eat.
Inconsiderate place. Forgot to make my pizza, told me to wait 10-15 minutes for another pizza and end up waiting 30 minutes. Said they would refund 2$ and nope don’t see it. Terrible service. 1/5
Literally called and waited on the line for someone to pick up for nearly 8 minutes. No one ever answered. How hard is it to pick up the phone and say hello sir cannyounplease wait..

Pizza is currently 30 minutes late and there are no tracking options. I have been on hold for 20 minutes when all I need to check is that you are still making our order.
Love donatos. But this one in particular is always super slow and never make my pizza the way I ask.
