I have ordered from this Donatos several times since moving to Hilliard recently. The first few times the pizza came hot and tasted great. I was notified when the pizza arrived. The past two times I've ordered now I have not received a notification via a knock at my door when the pizza has arrived. I have a hyper-active dog who is INCREDIBLY vigilant when anything gets anywhere close to my door or even outside. This is really not good because it is getting colder outside and they just leave the pizza at my door unattended, allowing it to become cool very rapidly. Donatos please fix this! The pizza at this restaurant is pretty good, but the famous thin crust is not as thin as expected. The cheese is gooey and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the robust flavor of the sauce. The pizza is cut into thin strips, which is different but perfect for children. The cinnamon sticks are also quite tasty, with more cinnamon instead of the usual icing. Even an hour after cooling, the dough was still soft and chewy. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not in my area of New York, so I cannot visit often, but I highly recommend it to those in the area. The prices are reasonable, and utensils, plates, and condiments are provided for free.
At 7:24 pm, I placed a delivery order with a restaurant. I was informed that the delivery would take about an hour and 10 minutes. However, it is now 9:52 pm and I still have not received my order. When I called at 9 pm, I was told that the driver had the order with him and was only 10 minutes away. I understand that staffing shortages are common, but if a restaurant cannot deliver to a location that is only 10 minutes away and does not deliver the order two and a half hours later, it is unacceptable.
2 hours and 45 minutes for a doughy cold pizza and the replacement better cooked ,yet still room temp at beast pizza . my suggestion if you want a good donatos make the effort and go inside 270 to the other store or up to Dublin store Google wont let me leave 0 stars so by default they got 1 while talking with customer service i was told that the service agent had problems with that store too needless to say I will eat speedway gas station pizza before I do donatos again

The reviewer placed a large order at the restaurant but realized they had forgotten a big sub sandwich. They called the restaurant to request a refund or a remake of the sandwich to be delivered. The restaurant agreed to remake it and deliver it, but after 40 minutes of waiting, the sandwich still hadn't arrived despite the reviewer living less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant.
Mariachi beef pizza. 70 minutes for delivery which was fine but the pizza must have waited 60 minutes to leave the building.Dry cold and... disappointed!
