We ordered about Liferando in this restaurant: Sushi, 2 Burger, Wedges and Sweet Potatoes. Since a lot was going on tonight, the order confirmation showed 1h waiting time. At the end it was a little more than 2h waiting period from the order confirmation to the delivery. According to the reviews of Liferando directly this is unfortunately also no rarity....I called 3x in this restaurant. I was sure the food was fresh and warm, despite longer delivery time.... Also, we receive several deliveryando coupons as a balance of goods and simultaneous apology. There was then a 3€ coupon and 2 small bottles of champagne (very good if you don't drink alcohol... .The burgers were absolutely faded and only lukewarm, the sweet potatoes were soaky and sushi I already eaten better from the discounter! All in all, bad food, only trouble with punctual delivery and no reasonable credit or compensation. My conclusion: If you are overwhelmed with restaurant and delivery service to satisfy all customers, you should leave it better with one thing to at least meet them.
