I asked for a bacon egg cheese at 11:30 am, was told, (rudely) breakfast is over. I interrupted her texting. I ordered grilled cheese with bacon and was told to give my name and they would call me. Not in a hurry, i sat at a table to drink my coffee. My wife was getting tests. 30 minutes later I inquired about the food, only to find it had been sitting at the counter. The server, who had been sitting at a table, still texting, rudely said they had called my name, I was 15 feet away in a quiet hospital. I should have gone to the cafeteria
Had a bug in my salad. I asked for a refund. Money was dropped on the counter in front of me at the cashier said, Enjoy. She never apologized for the disgusting quality of food and never told the kitchen to stop serving the salad. Sorry if u ALSO found/are a bug in your food. You probably did. My coworker found a moth in her food too. Never going back
Found a bug in my chicken salad salad today. Asked for a refund from the cashier. She asked if I wanted it remade. I said no. She gave me my money back by dropping it on the counter (quarters and all) and said Enjoy! And tossed out my salad.
This place is hurting. Not one of the girls have any manors and all talk street to customers. Its 6:40 am Monday morning no one in here and still took ten minutes and still didn't make tost.

I received my fries delivery with the box cut open at the top using scissors. I have no idea why they would do that—it looked quite questionable.
The girls in here are so rude! If that is my buying muy food , how would they be if I ask them to give it for free? Hate the service !
I ordered a takeout chicken salad sandwich, juice, and chips. The service was friendly, and the food was reasonably priced and tasty.
The prices are high, there’s no seating available, and it feels like a hospital cafeteria that is completely off-limits to visitors!

For a hospital cafe this food is excellent! The turkey club was great.
