I’ve been to this place twice. The first time I wasn’t pleased do to the pricing and the small amount of food they give you. Thought I would give them another chance almost 5 months later and again I payed for a large meal and they act like they are scared to put any meat on your plate. Rice and peas barely have flavor and very dry. (Better ask for them to be smothered in a sauce). Then I ask for a large juice not knowing the price only for her to hit me with 10 dollars for the drink. I feel truly ripped off coming to this place And I no more Jamaican spots around LA that blows this place out of the water as far as food taste and quantity. They need to do better here. Where do I start lol. When I walked in the guy was sitting down on the customer's side I looked at him and the other guy and said hey and they said hey back I thought they were customers too ? then after 2 mins one of the guys comes around and starts taking my order. Prices I don't complain because I know it's a service, but the portion has to match the price my brother. The restaurant is clean so it has potential. Just needs a new chef ??
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ms. Donna and she is a very sweet lady. The establishment is very clean and the food is refreshing and flavorful. I ordered the curry goat and oxtail and it was hot and the meat was well seasoned and tender. Reasonable price and good portion size. I will definitely return and highly recommend everyone to stop by this restaurant.
I paid $27 for a plate of oxtails, but I only received four small pieces and a lot of rice with vegetables. So, I'm essentially paying almost $30 for just rice and veggies. The woman who runs the place doesn’t have a menu; she just makes up the prices when you arrive! Plus, the food wasn’t that great.

I visit this restaurant often with my friend, and each time we order two large plates of brown stew chicken and peppered steak. Unfortunately, the portions are not very generous considering the price. We won't be returning.
This place has remained amazing to me for the past 15 years but I haven’t had it in 8 years and it’s every bit of good now as then. The service has been fantastic still and prices definitely worthwhile for the portions.
The oxtail is absolutely delicious! It's a bit pricey for my taste, but totally worth every penny. Give it a try—you’ll thank me later!
