We ordered a large dozen donuts for around $10, which was quite a deal. The employee was wonderful and even gave us some donut holes as a complimentary treat, which we really appreciated. The donuts were incredibly soft, sweet, and delicious. We tried the maple, chocolate, and glazed varieties, but there are many more options available. I will definitely come back here again. The service in the morning was also very quick!

After that, she hit the register a couple of times and charged me $10.50. I handed her a $20 bill, but before I could even ask for the receipt, she tore it up. This employee could use some training in retail. It's required by law to provide an itemized receipt with every purchase. Also, she should stop trying to upsell customers on donuts that are just average and be less pushy toward those who only want a few.

The donuts at Donut Factory are amazing! I'm quite particular about my pastries, and I'm willing to go the extra mile for a delicious donut. Fortunately, Donut Factory is just a five-minute drive from my workplace, and they are quick, so I can easily swing by for a morning treat even when I'm short on time. Anyway, the donuts are wonderfully fluffy, tasty, and downright addictive!

Great friendly service and great donuts. Family owned. My favorite donut place. When I have a big order for my kids class, I can call in advance and they have my order ready when I get there.
