We visited this hotel as part of a group booking and used it as a base for various excursions. For this reason, I have no idea what it costs to stay here. First the good points: the wait staff and cleaning staff were excellent and those we met were all friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room, although basic, was adequate as it should have been for an allegedly upgraded room . The bathroom looked tired no shaver socket but the shower worked and provided hot water. There was a room safe although it was tempermental. We paid for a Jr. Suite on Booking.com at $470USD per night. We were provided with a Standard Double Room, valued at $236 USD per night. Upon providing documentation showing the room we actually booked, we got a free glass of champagne as an apology. No room change, no refund (3 x nights at $204 per night should have been refunded). Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. L hotel è situato in una vera struttura dell oberland bernese di circa 400 anni fa, ben curata e pulita. Il personale alla reception ci ha accolto e spiegato tutto in maniera impeccabile. Le stanze sono di dimensioni normale, dotate di ogni confort. Unica pecca, le poche prese in camera. Ma basta sapersi organizzare. L hotel è ubicato in una zona ottimale, per chi vuole passeggiare in mezzo ai boschi è possibole raggiungere interlaken a piedi. Ein fantastischer Ort! Man spürt die Berge Atmosphäre förmlich. Der Holzstil, die familiäre Atmosphäre und das fantastische Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten sind einfach toll. Auch das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss serviert köstliche Gerichte. Das Zimmer wurde renoviert, und im Flur im ersten Stock befindet sich eine Küche mit Wasserkocher und allem nötigen Geschirr. Wir waren begeistert! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Diese Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren. Absolute Empfehlung!
Geweldig gezellig hotel in Zwitserse stijl. Voel me er enorm thuis en de staf doet enorm haar best het je naar de zin te maken. Lekker ontbijt met streekproducten en kaas van eigen koeien. Het halfpension diner was ook erg lekker. Het kaasplateau wat er ook nog extra bij geserveerd wordt is fantastisch. Kortom lekker genieten in een ongedwongen sfeer in een prachtige omgeving.
Prachtig authentiek Zwitsers hotel. Grote gastvrijheid, niets is teveel om het je naar de zin te maken. Fantastisch centraal gelegen plek om de omgeving te verkennen.
