Dorrington's Horseshoes

Went for lunch with friends who live locally and eat there often. We can see why. Lovely pub with a great menu and fantastic owners and staff. We enjoyed our lunch thoroughly and plan a return soon. As a footnote, on the day we went it had snowed heavily and the landlord had been out and cleared the entire car park. He is a big strong lad but still, there was a mountain of snow. Top customer care.

We were to come for lunch as part of a group, but they came down with covid!!! So my husband and I decided to still have lunch, as we'd looked forward to it all week. Didn't disappoint. Two roast beefs, plates cleaned up, then cheesecake that is the best, and chocolate fudge cake for dessert. Always delicious. And the staff are friendly and attentive. Recommend to everyone, go to Dorrington.

I visited for a Christmas lunch with friends. The staff were really friendly and there is a good range of real ales. The food was absolutely superb, perfectly cooked and piping hot. The service was good, plates were delivered quickly and placed carefully. Excellent!

Had Sunday lunch here today (19th Feb) and it was so good. The service was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning to sample the rest of the menu. Would highly recommend you pay a visit. Réservez une table maintenant

Top class from the start, friendly welcome, even though very busy. Great staff, great food, great choice. Its over 200 miles away, yet I will drive back there next year just to enjoy the experience.

Had a fabulous meal this evening. Excellent quality and value for money. 37 of us served within a short space of time. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommended

Delicious food, very nice service. Sunday roast came with a minimal amount of gravy, I asked for more and was charged a £2 supplement. Incredible! Good car park. Réservez une table maintenant
