order the first time tonight. my order online and paid. I wanted to pick up my order 25 minutes later and they had not even seen my order on the computer. they insisted I wait and my order would be cooked asap. while I was waiting for me to notice how dirty the place was. then I see that the two hands in the rice cooker (that is switched off) and fluff the rice with their dirty hands around. then she put my rice in the microwave to heat it up. that was the last threat for me, I demanded my money back, left and again ordered elsewhere. terrible service, terrible hygiene exercises. I didn't feed my family. will not be recommending!
As I waited, I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the place was. To make matters worse, I watched a staff member reach into the off rice cooker with her bare hands to fluff the rice. She then proceeded to microwave the rice before serving it. That was the last straw for me, and I demanded a refund. I left and chose to order from a different restaurant instead. The service was terrible and the hygiene practices were unacceptable. I’m relieved I didn’t serve that food to my family. I definitely do not recommend this place!
Wow!! Fantastic meal! Enjoyed the Chicken 65 biryani! Heat to Flavour balance was perfect. The goat curry was soft and tender with ample meat. Wished I had the dosa straight away whilst it was still crispy. As the potato and dosa flavour were amazing. One small suggestion. I got 4 amazing condiments but had no idea what to use them on or what they were! Will be back 10/10 thank you! Can’t wait to try more from your menu.
