Recently, I took a long walk with my dog to have lunch at Dots Diner, mainly because they used to offer outdoor seating. To my surprise, when I arrived, there were no outdoor tables available anymore. It was hot, and both my dog and I were sweating. A server named Vicky came out to help. She brought an old, dirty table from the back, cleaned it thoroughly, and covered it with whatever she could find, like newspaper. She even provided water for my dog. I ordered two large burgers—one for myself and one for my dog—from their menu. I couldn't have asked for a better experience anywhere else. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp plate, which came with five fried shrimp and a piece of fish cut in half. It was priced at $14.99, plus $1.29 for sweet potato fries. I was quite disappointed when the dish arrived. When I shared my concerns with the server, she responded with a dismissive attitude, saying the cook had put a lot of effort into preparing it and that I couldn’t just send it back. She insisted that since I ordered it, I had to pay. After that, she seemed reluctant to properly attend to the other two people at my table. To make matters worse, the garlic toast slices were larger than the fish pieces. I hope Dots Diner can improve by keeping the customer’s perspective in mind.
We have eaten at two Dot's Diners so far and we haven't been disappointed. Upon walking into the dining area, it's everything you would expect; clean, no overcrowding, spacious and a pleasant atmosphere and no loud/rap music. The waitress was veryprofessional and took care of our every need from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. My son had a meat omelettebreakfast with all the fixings and I had a chef salad with grilled chicken. I had to get a to-go box for my salad that's howlarge it was. I wish there was a Dot's diner on the West Bank.
Very clean nice friendly atmosphere. Inexpensive home style food, if you want fancy not the place for you. Have had the burgers, fish, Patty melt,all good. Complete breakfast eggs, bacon or sausage, grits and pancakes for around 10.00 dollars. Good lunchspecials for 8.00-10.00 dollars. Good food and nice staff. I will certainly be back, I love some Dots.

I've never had a bad experience at Dots Diner. The food is always outstanding, and the staff is genuinely warm and welcoming. Today, I tried the French toast with a pork chop from their menu, and it was absolutely perfect! Plus, every visit reveals a clean and inviting atmosphere.
The Egg Cheese Sandwich is absolutely delicious! The Hash Browns with cheese are equally fantastic! I have never been disappointed, and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend Dot's Diner!
I felt like there was more shell than yolk in my eggs. The toast was burnt, and the sausage tasted old, possibly freezer-burned. I was really hungry, and this meal was a big disappointment.
The food was excellent, as always, but this is the second time I've ordered pancakes and didn't receive syrup, even though I requested it.

Got the Philly Burrito with hash browns. Absolutely loved it. Nice quaint diner type feel too. Will go again!
