DOTS im Brunnerhof

Sushi lovers look no further! DOTS offers everything in one place, great atmosphere and ambience set by the up-to-date sound tracks, elegant lighting, nicely decorated, well-themed rooms and extravagant food! Expect sushi and sashimi sets expertly cut and exquisitely garnished by the lovely chef VJ. On our last visit, on a Saturday night, the place was fully attended but the service did not let us down. The staff was very attentive and gracious and made us feel as if we were the only guests there, VIP treatment with no shadow of a doubt. Our waiter was very polite and knowledgable about the dishes and went into great detail of the menu explaining what was available. We decided to go for the waiter recommendation of experimental sushi where we had the opportunity to taste the crème de la crème from their well crafted sushi selection including extravagant pieces decorated with caviar and gold!!! I would also highly recommend the supremely tender wagyu beef sashimi and month-watering lamb chops. We have dinner at DOTS 3 times now and that will surely not be our last time there. A hidden pearl in the charming 19th district!

We went for dinner with a group of friends, we had a reservation. We waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks and water. I came late and no waiter would take my order. We had a question about a voucher, nobody knew about it, they said they would get the manager, he only showed up after asking twice more. We had to wait for our food for over one hour no apologiesies whatsoever. The food is good but it is very expensive and then the service needs to be good! The setting is nice but we all left frustrated and angry. I would not recommend going there

This is an absolute favourite of the Locals! They offer great and unusual sushi and maki combinations of exceptional quality and a great selection of austrian wines. But the best part is the garden for outside seating in the summer. Already located in the calmer suburbs of Vienna, you feel like entering an oasis in this garden. It is also lovely decorated, with lots of lights and candles perfect also for romantic evenings as a couple, but also fitting for a dinner with friends!

We reserved a table for three and got a table for two. Nobody was serving us for 30 minutes. We were ignored by the waiter while he was drinking wine with the guests next to us. So we left without even having a drink. On top the hostess was smiling and saying sorry when we left. Last time I went there Ps COVID-19 apparently doesn’t exist in this location. None of the staff wore masks and it was extremely crowded.
