Went inside and it was dirty and in disarray. A voice came from behind the counter (that was barricaded off by racks of chips and other stuff-not even meant as a barrier bc of covid-that made me feel unwelcome) and said We'll be right with you. I had placed an order for my husband as a surprise birthday lunch to be delivered to his job, unfortunately it wasn’t until after delivery that I realized I gave them the wrong address. I called and explained my error expecting to hear that I’d have to place a new order since the previous order was already delivered and not returned. Not only were these guys completely kind and understanding, they offered to quickly remake the order and deliver it at no additional cost! I was floored. I have gone to double decker since I was a child and everything I can say is eating and the service has so far fallen. eating is greasy slop and the customer service has gone to zero. from teenagers who answer the phone arrogant and impatiently, to the “managers” who curse with them when their pizza takes two hours to get to them. yes, the manager has dropped more than one f bomb at a paying customer. what once was a proud Ridley landmark has become a pathetic spot in this neighbourhood. go to pizza hat, at least they won't be cursed to pay customers.

Prices raised but the food isn't so good anymore like it used to be. I just ordered two tuna salads 1/24/2022. The lettuce was brown, the cheese was hard, the roll that came with it was hard. I asked for no oregano but I got it anyway. It even said on the receipt No Oregano ?‍?‍ I can't believe how much this Pizza Place has changed over the years. Réservez une table maintenant

Honestly their food is delicious but over $17 for a large (14 in) pepperoni pizza with extra cheese is RIDICULOUS! Their more expensive than Papa John's. Don't matter how good the food is if your RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. 1 Star for price, 4 stars for food.

I order my employees from here every day literally. everything is delicious and fresh, but if a company gets 60-$80 per day from loyal customers, they would think they would offer a free inside or a 2 liter soda.

had a really nice cake before to comic-con, really enjoyed to munch on the cheese and teig. seriously a 10/10 pizza, is looking forward to trying the inner soon. out to save the world from the next!

I live across the street from them. My cheesesteak was dry no fried onions and little Mayo. I ordered an appetizer and it wasn’t there. I have been coming him for years it’s not the same!!!!!
