Doughboy Donuts Bagel

Owner does seem stuck up and chooses only who she wants to smile to in a customer, 2nd time I visited the place ordered a mango smoothie and she made something that is a coffee smoothie and instead of apologizing, she even told her daughter or whoever the young lady with tattoos that she swears she heard a different order. That was on July 12 and today…July 13 I went back to buy food and smoothies, and unintentionally not even to close to the cash register, she said with a nagging look… “customer has to pay” she could have just say excuse me sir would you kindly move to the side so my other customer could pay. The old lady’s customer service towards me sucks.

There's many places to buy a coffee and a donut I've been coming here for 3 months to buy a medium coffee their Canadian Creme donut; this donut is hard to find. Pretty straightforward service always gave a tip. Today, I was on a budget I could only afford a coffee maybe a dollar donut. I saw the donut holes (dozen for $2.50). I asked if I could get 6 for $1.25. She shooked her head no was so rude in her tone of voice. This cashier (older lady) had served me before. I bought a coffee instead but I won't be returning. Customer Service is the key for happy customers successful businesses.

I don't know why there are no bagel shops in my area. This was the closest. Fortunately, it did not disappoint! I just wanted a toasted garlic bagel with cream cheese. I loved the crunchiness of the toasted garlic and the bagel was cooked just right. Glad I went! This is now my go-to bagel place.

I stopped by this morning but this lady has a very bad attitude, very bad customer service. I felt very damaged just for asking about her products. She told me if I wanted to take it or it didn't give me anything good. It's a business to treat a customer as best as possible Réservez une table maintenant

This place is horrible if I could give it one star I would. I purchased a dozen donuts on post mates, and they were all hard as heck and had a Nasty taste. I couldn't believe they would sell those they were non-edible. Thankfully I was able to get a refund.

Vietnamese coffee is just cheap cold brew. Ordered 2 donuts and an egg sandwich. Both donuts were very stale, and eggs are clearly microwaved and much of the egg was a greenish grey color. This order was really bad.

Fantastic fresh, fresh bagels. Got jalapeño and cheddar toasted. Beats Einstein any day. Kids had great normal sprinkle donuts. They loved them. Fast efficient service. Thank you!

We come to this shop at least once a week and we love it. The ladies there are amazing and the donuts are really good too. Highly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant
