On Saturday, we enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Dovetale, located on the ground floor of the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The food was superb, the service exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere wonderfully relaxing—making it the perfect way to kick off the weekend. The restaurant is led by two-Michelin-star chef Tom Sellers and boasts an excellent team, including the head maître d’ and my good friend Matthew O’Connor, who, alongside the amazing Sylwia, expertly manages the warm and welcoming staff. Dovetale offers a pleasant experience, but it feels quite overpriced. The food on the menu deserves a 4, service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4. I visited for breakfast and enjoyed the overall setting.
